Teensy alien-looking skeleton from Chile poses a medical mystery
Tue Apr 30, 2013
I'd like to know if it is male or female (easily determined through genetic testing). Also, how many chromosomes does it have, 23 pairs? This article is pure sensationalism insofar as that it is obtuse, poorly written and scant on information (as opposed to innuendo).
Jailed for 23 years, freed man suffers heart attack a day later
Sat Mar 23, 2013
A much better written account: nytimes(dot)com/2013/03/24/nyregion/man-freed-from-prison-has-a-heart-attack.html?hp&_r=0
Freed from prison, former Illinois governor goes into, out of halfway house in a morning
Wed Jan 30, 2013
Him being placed in a mandatory halfway house is a ridiculous waste of public funds. They should either keep him in prison or let him out on parole. There is nothing to be gained by either Ryan or society by mandating his participation.
Prime minister turns traffic cop after hitting East Timor gridlock

All I can garner from most of these posts is Americans are a bunch of whiners.
Best friends in life, together in death
Thu Nov 29, 2012
The "biggest shame"? The biggest shame is that some monster(s) slaughtered two young girls. Period. End of story. Since when is it necessary to have a reason to be up early? Any attempt to defray responsibility for this heinous crime from the evildoers is reprehensible.
Are humans becoming less intelligent? It could very well be
Mon Nov 12, 2012
I cannot believe the lack of education (not the same as lack of intelligence) exhibited by the preponderance of posters on this thread. Knee-jerk, uninformed and illogical causation is spewed ad nauseum.
Royal couple has car trouble in Papua New Guinea

Ugly people, both of them. He's just plain old looking and she has an unhappy horse-face.
'A family healing together:' Amid military suicide crisis, TAPS answers the call
Thu Oct 25, 2012
I know Bonnie Carroll personally. I met her through TAPS although I am not a widow or grieving family member. She is one of the most committed and caring person I have ever met.
Canada highlights War of 1812, with US as villain
Mon Oct 8, 2012
Incredible waste of money. No one cares about an obscure war fought 200 years ago.
Rare, intimate Beatles photos shared in new book
Thu Oct 4, 2012
The Beatles defined an entire era. I am forever gratefully humbled by the enjoyment and utter joy they brought me through the years. All we need is love. Hello. Goodbye.
